Availability can be checked by contacting us.

2. *You are in Japan.

If you would like to take a look at the room, please inquiry to arrange a viewing.

3. Reserve the room.

You need to transfer 30,000yen as a deposit to our Japanese bank account or Paypal account.

4. Sign the rental agreement

We meet you to sign the rental agreement at each share house.
Please bring following documents.
1, Valid passport & Visa. We need a copy of your passport and Visa.
2, 1st month's rent (and deposite if it is not paid yet)
3, Emergency contact.
4, Your school / work place' s information

5. Move in

I would like to meet to give you our room key and tell the house rules.
Enjoy your life in Japan!!

6. Move out

On the day you move out, our staff will come and inspect the room together with you.
Please help us by cleaning the room beforehand. After the inspection, our staff shall refund your deposit of up to 10,000 yen per person.
